We are not a carrier, but buy in freight services on behalf of several corporate customers. This unique position maximises our buying power, which when added to our open book
policy allows us to pass on savings to all our customers whether they be large or small.
In addition, we will endeavour to consolidate different customers' consignments into the same or similar routings wherever possible, subject of course to any confidential or
practical issues that may arise. This is not just restricted to freight purchases, but will also embrace other elements, such as collections, warehousing and packing. Wherever the opportunity arises we will pass on the benefits.
We fully recognise that our fees, which are agreed separately according to volume and type of work, must be cost effective and that any cost savings need to be maintained and
integrated into our customers business.
We have no allegiance to any particular carrier and will maintain a neutral view towards any customer preferred carriers.
